sensual desire. Love has its roots to some extent in sensual desire. Sensual
desire has the capacity to become love in all of us. The desire of sensual is
not bad. It is a origin of fuction reproduction. We can tell the correct way to
love because, when we love correctly, we don’t create more suffering. Every
human being wants to love and be loved.
By understanding the roots of our suffering
and learning how to develop deep understanding of ourselves and our loved one,
we can enjoy the relaxation, joy, and peace that come from true love. We
practice in order to have the capacity to deal with desire, to smile with
desire, so that we may be free from it. we can use our mindfulness and insight
to smile at that desire.
